Built for Life on the Water

A jet ski wrap faces things a snowmobile wrap never will. Constant water submersion, direct UV exposure for hours at a time, salt, sand, sunscreen, and dock rash. Materials have to be built for that environment, not repurposed from land vehicle applications.

Every Sea-Doo Spark wrap from Deviant Ink is printed on premium cast vinyl with a marine-grade overlaminate. Cast vinyl is thinner and more conformable than calendered vinyl, which means it wraps the Spark's smooth hull curves without lifting, bubbling, or pulling away from edges. On top of that, the overlaminate creates a UV-resistant barrier that prevents color fading even under full-day sun exposure on open water.

BRP built the Spark's hull from Polytec (glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene), and that surface provides an excellent bonding platform for cast vinyl adhesive. Smooth, consistent, and free of the porosity issues that fiberglass gel coat can present on older watercraft. Clean it properly and the vinyl locks in.

Sea-Doo Spark Wrap FAQ

Everything you need to know about wrapping your Sea-Doo Spark
Yes. The Spark's Polytec surface (glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene) is smooth and accepts vinyl adhesion well. Cast vinyl bonds to Polytec material without issue when the surface is properly cleaned and prepped. The key is removing all wax, sunscreen residue, and salt deposits before application.
Our wraps fit the Sea-Doo Spark 1-up, 2-up, 3-up, and Trixx models from 2014 through the current 2026 model year. Spark body panel dimensions have stayed consistent across the entire production run, so the same wrap template fits all years. Select your specific configuration during the design process and the panels will be sized for your exact machine.
Most Spark owners install their own wraps at home. Plan for 2 to 4 hours depending on experience. The Spark is one of the easiest watercraft to wrap because of its compact size and smooth body panels. We include printed install instructions with every order, and video walkthroughs are available on our site. Work indoors or in shade, keep the area above 60 degrees, and take your time.
Salt water does not damage the vinyl or adhesive. Our wraps use marine-grade cast vinyl with a UV-protective overlaminate rated for outdoor exposure and constant water contact. Rinse your Spark with fresh water after saltwater use, the same way you would whether wrapped or not. That laminate layer blocks salt, chlorine, and UV degradation.
With normal use and basic care, a Spark wrap lasts 5+ seasons. Riders who rinse after every outing and store their machine out of direct sun when not in use see the longest life. UV-protective overlaminate keeps colors from fading. High-contact areas like the boarding step and sides may show wear sooner on heavily used machines.
Absolutely. Partial wraps covering just the hull sides, just the upper deck, or accent panels are available. Some riders wrap only the areas most visible at the dock and leave the bottom hull stock. Others focus on the sections that take the most cosmetic abuse. Choose the coverage level that fits your budget and goals during the design process.
A wrap protects the factory finish underneath, which typically helps resale value. When you are ready to sell, peel the wrap off with a heat gun. Polytec underneath comes out looking the way it did before the wrap went on. Buyers see a clean machine with protected panels, not a faded or scratched original finish.
They do. The Trixx shares identical Polytec body panel dimensions with the standard Spark of the same platform length. Select the Trixx option when configuring your wrap, and the panels will be sized and cut for your specific machine. The 1-up Trixx configuration is also supported.
Every kit includes precision-cut vinyl decals for your selected coverage area, a protective overlaminate layer already applied, and printed installation instructions. Decals arrive labeled and mapped to your Spark so you know exactly which piece goes where. No additional materials are required beyond basic install tools.
Yes! Our online customizer generates a visual preview of your design on the Sea-Doo Spark. You can change colors, adjust design elements, and see how the finished wrap will look before you spend any money at all!
Rinse with fresh water after every ride, especially after saltwater use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid pressure washers aimed directly at wrap edges. Skip abrasive cleaners and petroleum-based solvents. Basic care takes less than five minutes and keeps the wrap looking fresh.
Individual replacement panels are available. If you scuff or tear a section from dock contact or trailer rub, you do not need to replace the entire wrap. Contact us with your original order number and we will print a matching replacement panel for the damaged area.

Custom Wraps for the Most Popular Personal Watercraft on the Water

The Sea-Doo Spark changed the personal watercraft industry when BRP introduced it in 2014. At roughly 410 pounds, it is the lightest PWC in production. Its Rotax 900 ACE engine comes in 60hp and 90hp configurations, and the Polytec hull construction keeps the price accessible for first-time buyers and experienced riders alike. More Sparks have been sold than any other PWC model in recent history, and that popularity created an enormous demand for aftermarket customization.

Deviant Ink builds custom Sea-Doo Spark wraps from premium cast vinyl with a UV-protective marine overlaminate designed for the specific demands of watercraft use. Constant water submersion, direct sun exposure, salt, sand, and dock contact are all part of the equation. We choose every material, adhesive, and laminate specifically for that environment, not borrowed from land vehicle applications. Every wrap kit is precision-cut for the Spark platform using an industrial flatbed cutter, and the panels ship labeled and mapped to your specific 2-up, 3-up, or Trixx configuration.

Want to stand out on the water? Protect the factory finish for resale? Just tired of looking at the same two factory colors BRP ships every year? Whatever the reason, the process starts with the online customizer. Browse the design catalog, pick a template, modify every detail, and preview it on your machine before you commit.
